2. Product Compatibility & Disclaimer
We sell specialized spare parts for Gas Stoves, Mixers, Cookers, and other appliances. It is the customer's absolute responsibility to verify if the spare part fits their specific machine model before ordering.
⚠️ Highly Recommended: To avoid buying the wrong item, please send a photo of your old/broken part to our expert team on WhatsApp before placing an order. We will verify the exact match for you!

- Free Shipping: We offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders across India, irrespective of the order value or weight.
- COD Charges: A flat non-refundable handling fee of ₹60 applies only if you choose the "Cash on Delivery" payment method. To avoid this, you can choose prepaid online payment.
- Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery generally takes 3-7 days depending on your pin code.
4. Order Acceptance, RTO & Right to Cancel
To protect our business from fraudulent activities, Akash Seller Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, without prior notice. We may cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Suspected Fake/Spam Orders: If our system detects a high-risk or fake COD order.
- RTO (Return to Origin) History: Customers with a history of rejecting COD parcels at the time of delivery will be blocked from using the COD option in the future. They will be required to pay via prepaid methods only.
- Unserviceable Locations: If your delivery address is incomplete, invalid, or falls under extreme remote areas where shipping costs are exceptionally high.
- Pricing Errors & Out of Stock: In case of a typographical error resulting in incorrect product pricing, or if a part suddenly goes out of stock due to inventory mismatch.
*Note: If your order is cancelled by us and you have already made an online payment, a 100% full refund will be initiated immediately to your original payment method.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Customer Error: If you ordered the wrong part without consulting us, you must bear the return shipping costs.
- Defective Items: We offer free replacement or refund for damaged items. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim this.
- Order Cancellation by Customer: Allowed only before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Intellectual Property, Liability & Governing Law
Copyright Notice: All content, product images, graphics, and logos on this website, including the "Itida" trademark, are the exclusive property of Akash Seller Group. Unauthorized copying, downloading, scraping, or usage of our content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and will attract immediate legal action.
Limitation of Liability: Akash Seller Group shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, injuries, or machine faults arising from the incorrect installation or use of our spare parts. We strongly recommend hiring a professional technician for installation.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thane, Maharashtra.
