1. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payment
💳 Online/Prepaid Orders
If you pay online via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking, you enjoy Zero extra charges. We highly recommend prepaid orders for faster processing.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
We offer COD for your convenience. However, the courier companies charge us an extra collection fee for cash handling.
COD Handling Fee: Flat ₹60
Note: Customers who frequently reject COD parcels at the time of delivery will be restricted to prepaid orders only in the future.
3. How to Track Your Order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and Email with your AWB (Courier Tracking Number) and a tracking link. You can also track it directly on our website.
