📅 7-Day Return Window
You have exactly 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or refund.
📹 MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO RULE
To claim a return or refund for Damaged, Defective, or Missing Parts, a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is strictly required. The video must show the shipping label and the opening of the sealed package. No claims will be accepted without it.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Because we deal in technical spare parts, we have strict quality checks. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- There must be no scratches, fitting marks, or signs of usage.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
2. Return Scenarios & Charges
❌ Defective or Damaged Item
If you received a broken product or the wrong part from our end.
- Shipping Cost: We cover the return shipping cost.
- Action: 100% Full Refund.
- Proof: Unboxing Video is mandatory.
⚠️ Ordered Wrong Part
If the part is perfectly fine but doesn't fit because you didn't check your machine model.
- Shipping Cost: Customer must arrange and pay for return shipping.
- Action: Product Price will be refunded (Original shipping charges are non-refundable).
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applied.
3. Step-by-Step Return Process
Follow these simple steps to successfully return your item:
- Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 88505 94761 or email at askitida@itidastore.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Step 2: Provide your Order ID, Reason for Return, and share the Unboxing Video/Photos.
- Step 3: Once we approve your request, we will provide you with the return warehouse address.
- Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original box and ship it to us. Share the courier tracking receipt with us on WhatsApp.
4. Refund Processing & Timelines
Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, our technical team will inspect it for any usage or damage. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval Time: Quality check takes 24-48 hours after receiving the item.
- Prepaid Orders: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original credit card/bank/UPI within 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We cannot refund cash. Our team will request your UPI ID or Bank Account Details via official WhatsApp to transfer your refund amount.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
- Pre-Dispatch: You can easily cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. You will get a 100% full refund immediately.
- Post-Dispatch: If the order has already left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled from the system. You may refuse the delivery at your doorstep, but the forward courier charges will be deducted from your final refund.
