1. Shipping charges kitne hain?
Humein ye batate hue khushi ho rahi hai ki hum ab 100% Free Shipping dete hain all over India! Koi extra weight ya distance charge nahi hai.
2. Kya Cash on Delivery (COD) available hai?
Ji haan, COD available hai. Iska ek flat ₹60 handling fee lagta hai jo courier partner charge karta hai. Prepaid (Online Payment) par koi extra fee nahi hai.
3. Order kitne din mein deliver hota hai?
Maharashtra aur Local pin codes par 2-5 din lagte hain. National (Rest of India) ke liye 4-7 working days lagte hain.
4. Order kab dispatch hota hai?
Humare warehouse se order 24 se 48 ghante (working days) ke andar pack aur dispatch kar diya jata hai.
5. Kaunse courier se bhejte hain?
Hum top courier partners jaise Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, aur Ecom Express ka use karte hain safe delivery ke liye.
6. Order track kaise karein?
Dispatch hote hi aapko Email/SMS aur WhatsApp par Tracking Link mil jayega. Aap humari website ke "Track Order" page se bhi track kar sakte hain.
7. Chhote gaon (villages) mein delivery hoti hai?
Haan, hum lagbhag 29,000+ pin codes cover karte hain. Agar private courier nahi jata, toh hum India Post se bhejte hain.
8. Kya main delivery address change kar sakta hu?
Haan, lekin sirf order dispatch hone se pehle. Dispatch ke baad address change allow nahi hota.
9. Open Delivery milti hai kya?
Nahi, courier policy ke hisaab se Open Delivery allowed nahi hai. Par aap unboxing video banaiye, agar kuch issue hua toh hum 100% resolve karenge.
10. Kya Sunday ko delivery hoti hai?
Nahi, courier partners generally Sunday aur National Holidays par delivery nahi karte.
🛒 Order Process & Account
11. Order kaise place karein?
Product choose karein -> "Add to Cart" karein -> Checkout page par apna Pincode aur Address dalein -> Payment (Prepaid ya COD) select karein aur place karein.
12. Pincode box error de raha hai?
Kripya apna 6-digit area pincode dhyan se check karke dalein. Agar error rahe, toh humse WhatsApp par sampark karein.
13. Kya account banana zaroori hai?
Nahi, aap as a "Guest" (bina account banaye) bhi order kar sakte hain. Par account banane se aapko future orders track karne mein aasani hogi.
14. Order confirmation ka kaise pata chalega?
Success page aane ke baad aapko aapke registered number aur email par order receipt mil jayegi.
15. Kya aap bulk discount dete hain?
Ji haan, agar aap ek technician ya dukaandar hain, toh WhatsApp par bulk inquiry bhej sakte hain special rates ke liye.
16. Order cancel kaise karein?
Aap dispatch se pehle kabhi bhi WhatsApp ya Email karke order cancel karwa sakte hain. Dispatch hone ke baad cancel nahi hoga.
17. Out of stock item kab aayega?
Hum inventory regularly update karte hain. Aap WhatsApp par message drop karke restock date pooch sakte hain.

18. Online payment options kya hain?
Hum sabhi Debit/Credit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), aur Net Banking support karte hain.
19. Kya online payment karna safe hai?
100% Safe hai. Humari website SSL secured hai aur payment RBI-approved gateway ke through hota hai. Hum aapka card data save nahi karte.
20. Payment fail ho gaya, paise kat gaye?
Tension na lein. Failed transactions ka paisa bank automatically 3-5 working days mein aapke account me wapas daal deta hai.
21. Kya koi hidden charges hain?
Nahi. Product ki price final hai. Shipping FREE hai. Bas COD chunne par courier company ka ₹60 extra lagta hai.
22. Kya B2B GST Bill milega?
Haan, checkout karte waqt company/business name mein apna GSTIN daal dein, aapko proper tax invoice mail par mil jayega.

23. Return policy kitne din ki hai?
Delivery ke din se lekar 7 Din (Days) tak aap return request raise kar sakte hain.
24. Unboxing Video kyu zaroori hai?
Kyunki hum technical parts bechte hain, damaged ya missing item claim karne ke liye unedited, continuous video mandatory (zaroori) hai.
25. Damaged part mila, ab kya karu?
Turant humein WhatsApp par unboxing video bhejein. Hum bina kisi extra charge ke aapko naya part bhejenge ya 100% refund denge.
26. Galat part order kar liya, return hoga?
Ji haan, par return shipping ka kharcha aapko (customer ko) uthana hoga aur original shipping/COD fee refund nahi hogi. Sirf product value wapas aayegi.
27. Kya use kiya hua part return hoga?
Bilkul nahi. Part bilkul naya, uninstalled aur no-scratch condition mein hona chahiye return approve hone ke liye.
28. Refund account mein kab aayega?
Warehouse mein item wapas aane ke baad check hoga. Uske baad 5-7 working days mein payment original source (Bank/UPI) mein aa jayegi.
29. COD order ka refund kaise milega?
Aapko WhatsApp ya Email par apna bank a/c ya UPI ID deni hogi. Cash refund nahi hota hai.
30. Return request daalne ka process?
Aapko humare WhatsApp (+91 8850594761) par Order ID, Reason aur part ki photo/video bhejni hai.
31. Kya exchange available hai?
Nahi. Humari website par direct exchange system nahi hai. Aapko part return karna hoga, jiska refund aayega, aur naye model ka order dobara place karna padega.
32. RTO Policy kya hai?
Agar koi customer order mangwa kar door-step par intentionally parcel reject karta hai, toh aage uske account par COD block ho sakti hai.

33. Kaise confirm karu ki part fit hoga?
Order se pehle WhatsApp par apne mixer/stove ya purane tute hue part ki clear photo bhejein. Humari team exact match batayegi.
34. Kya Itida Store par asli brand (Original) parts milte hain?
Hum high-quality Aftermarket/Compatible parts supply karte hain jo original jaise kaam karte hain. Agar part original hai, toh uspar clearly "GENUINE/ORIGINAL" likha hoga.
35. Mixer Jar leak kar raha hai?
Naye jar mein kabhi-kabhi blade tight hota hai. Use thoda garam paani daal kar chalayein. Agar issue rahe toh WhatsApp par video bhejein.
36. Kya aap Glass top stove ka glass bhejte hain?
Glass heavy aur fragile hota hai, par humari 3-layer bubble packing itni strong hoti hai ki safely deliver ho jata hai.
37. Gas Burner peela (yellow) aag de raha hai?
Yellow flame mostly nipple kachre ya hawa ki setting se aati hai. Part defect nahi hai, please mechanic se set karwayein.
38. Lighter/Spark plug kaam nahi kar raha?
Check karein wire theek se connected hai aur battery/current barabar mil raha hai ya nahi.
39. Kya aap Repair/Installation Service dete hain?
Nahi, hum sirf spare parts sell karte hain. Installation ke liye aapko local technician bulana padega.
40. Part title me Preethi/Bajaj likha hai, iska kya matlab?
Iska matlab wo part Preethi ya Bajaj ke mixer mein fit hoga (Compatible hai). Iska matlab ye nahi ki wo brand ne banaya hai.
