Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Itida Store (Managed by Akash Seller Group), we want you to shop with confidence. Because we deal in technical spare parts, please read our strict but transparent policies below.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please note our cancellation rules:
- Cancellation by Customer (Before Dispatch): If you cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, you will receive a 100% Full Refund. Please contact our WhatsApp support immediately to request a cancellation.
- Cancellation by Customer (After Dispatch): Once the order is handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled from our system. You may refuse to accept the delivery at your doorstep. For prepaid orders, the forward shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Cancellation by Itida Store: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, unserviceable pin codes, pricing errors, or out-of-stock items. Full refunds will be issued for prepaid cancelled orders.
📹 MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO RULE
To claim a refund or replacement for Damaged, Defective, or Missing Parts, a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is strictly required. The video must clearly show the intact shipping label and the opening of the sealed package. No claims will be entertained without a valid unboxing video.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
You have a 7-Day Return Window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The spare part must be unused, uninstalled, and in exactly the same condition that you received it.
- Parts showing signs of being fitted, scratched, or used will be rejected and sent back to the customer without a refund.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
3. Exchange Policy
Ordered the wrong model? Don't worry, we offer a hassle-free exchange facility within 7 days.
If you choose to exchange a product for another size or model, we will NOT charge you shipping for sending the new item. You only pay the product price difference. (Note: The customer is responsible for safely shipping the old item back to our warehouse).

5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and passes our quality inspection:
- Approval: Refunds are initiated within 24-48 hours of quality check approval.
- Prepaid Orders: The amount will reflect in your original payment method (Bank/Card/UPI) within 5-7 business days.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your Bank Account Details or UPI ID via official WhatsApp/Email to process your refund.
